Long Skid Step Rail
This is a set of Long Step Rails for the Vario BK 117. These are cast resin and they have a carbon fiber core for strength. The set includes the step rails, mounts for the skids, the hardware to attach them to the model, and a length of grip tape for the top of the rail.
You can purchase this part as "raw castings", or "ready to be installed".
The Long Skid Step Rail will need to be removed from the "raw casting". It will require washing and it may contain some flashing which will need to be cleaned off. The grip tape will be applied after the Step Rails hav been painted.
The "ready to be installed" Long Skid Step Rai will be cleaned and will come with two coats of primer. The modeler will have to attach the supports to the skids before the Step Rails are added.
